Corporate Membership
Corporate membership includes five full annual memberships. When completing the application form (below) you will be given the opportunity to submit five colleagues names. You will be able to substitute a member at any time, but details of the new member AND the member to be replaced must be emailed to cwestlake@slls.org.uk for the member database to be updated.
